Mountain View Chalet Rates 2011-2012
FAll, WINTER & SPRING RATE -$150/night
- $150/night. This includes all taxes and all cleaning fees.
- 2 night minimum; 3 nights on holidays
- Stays of a week (7 nights) or longer are $130/night ($910/week)
- Pets are an additional $10 per night/per pet & require prior clearance
- One night only $250
- For extended stays (more than two weeks) contact us for special pricing
- For last minute bookings (or lack of availability), minimum stay requirement may be waived -just ask!
- We require a 50% deposit, due at the time of booking to confirm your dates. The rest is due before arrival. There is a reservation fee of 4% for all credit card bookings.
SKI-PACKAGE -$180/night Includes 2 NO-LIMITS PASSES to Eldora Ski Resort for every night you stay ($130/day savings)

PEAK SUMMER SEASON (Memorial Day-Labor Day)

- 4 night minimum (Memorial Day to Labor Day) -unless availability is less -check our calendar
- Stays of a week (7 nights) or longer are $160/night ($1,120)
- Pets are an additional $10 per night/per pet & require prior clearance
- One night only $250

Please note, 4WD is REQUIRED in the WINTER . Remember that the Chalet is at 9,000 ft in elevation, where some people feel altitude sickness. Please drink plenty of water and don't over exert yourself. Also please be advised that the summer sun is extremely strong and people burn very easily. Please wear sunscreen and a hat when outdoors.
Cancellation Policy: We will refund your 50% deposit (less a $30 change fee and applicable reservation charge) if you cancel at least 30 days in advance of the booking. If you cancel less than 30 before the arrival date of the reservation; your deposit will not be refunded. A cancellation made 72 hrs before the arrival date is 100% charge.
Disclaimer: The owners of Mountain View Chalet are in no way responsible for accidents that may happen on or off the property. If you and/or your associated party gets hurt, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance, doctors, or hospitals. Tenants are advised to use caution and take all prudent actions necessary to prevent unnecessary injury.
