Mountain View Chalet Rates

FREE NO-LIMITS SKI PASS TO ELDORA!!

WINTER SPECIAL (Nov 20 till April 11th):
Stay 2 nights, and third night is 1/2 off
$125/night, three night minimum
(otherwise standard $150 rate applies)

• $150/night.  This includes all taxes and all cleaning fees.
• 2 night minimum stay required  (3 on Holiday weekends)
• 4 night minimum (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
• Stays of a week (7 nights) or longer are $130/night
• Pets are an additional $10 per night/per pet & require prior clearance
• One night only $250
• For extended stays (more than two weeks) contact us for special pricing
• For last minute bookings (or lack of availability), minimum stay requirement may be waived -just ask!

We require a 50% deposit, due at the time of booking to confirm your dates.  The rest is due upon arrival.

Please note, 4WD is REQUIRED in the WINTER .  Remember that the Chalet is at 9,000 ft in elevation, where some people feel altitude sickness.  Please drink plenty of water and don't over exert yourself.  Also please be advised that the summer sun is extremely strong and people burn very easily.  Please wear sunscreen and a hat when outdoors.

Cancellation Policy:  We will refund your 50% deposit (less a $30 booking fee) if you cancel at least one month in advance of the booking.

Disclaimer: The owners of Mountain View Chalet are in no way responsible for accidents that may happen on or off the property. If you and/or your associated party gets hurt, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance, doctors, or hospitals.  Tenants are advised to use caution and take all prudent actions necessary to prevent unnecessary injury.
